Selling agent Mark Watkins, of CE Property Group, said you would be hard-pressed to find another property like it.

“It’s certainly one-of-a-kind,” he said.

“It’s the combination of leadlight and raw timbers, and just it’s unique design and construction that make it stand out.”

The home, which was built in 2009, has three bedrooms, one bathroom and a mezzanine above the main living area.
