“People are blown away when they see it because homes like this aren’t that common, and they’re really amazed by the attention to detail,” Michael says.

“Because it was a display home, everything is perfect – they’ve made it the best they possibly could.

“It’s a beautiful house – two storeys and everything is designed the way I like.

“The materials they’ve used to build this are the best in the industry, and the appliances and finishes are all perfect.

“Plus I love the hanging stairs, they’re an amazing feature.

“The location is also great, in that it’s walking distance from shopping centres and West Lakes and it’s also just around the corner from the West Lakes Golf Club.

“I was living in West Lakes at the time and was looking to build, but I saw the ‘For Sale’ sign, went through it and it had everything here I wanted, and it was even bigger than the property I was going to build.”

“It’s the sort of home you can party every weekend in.”
