A prestige riverfront home in one of Brisbane’s best streets has sold for a record price as the higher-end of the property market heats up for 2024.

The five-bedroom, seven-bathroom home at 22 Aaron Ave, Hawthorne, aptly called ‘La Nostra Casa’, sold for $12m, the highest sale price in the suburb in the last six years.
