According to PropTrack, the 3.73ha property could sell well above the town’s median house price of $740,000, with its proximity to Adelaide, large land size and motocross racetrack all adding to the appeal.

Selling agent Jamie Wood, of Ray White Barossa-Two Wells, said the property was proving popular with investors and city-based families chasing the country life.

“Lewiston always has really high interest for properties so we’ve had really good inquiries on this one over the Christmas break,” he said.

“Interest has predominantly come from buyers that are Adelaide based but we’ve also had calls from interstate and investors who are looking at it from land value, given that it’s 3.73ha.
