NONI HAZLEHURST

Noni Hazlehurst was a star on the much-loved kids show, Play School.

Records show the acreage property known as ‘The Gables’ in Hartley Road in Tamborine Mountain has settled after a marketing campaign by Ray White Rural’s Rhondda Arentz.

The property last traded in 2002 for $479,000 when she was presenting the lifestyle show Better Homes and Gardens.

The home Noni Hazlehurst has sold for $1.4m at 194-198 Hartley Rd, Mount Tamborine.

The house has four bedrooms and three bathrooms and sits on a 4047 sqm block in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Ms Hazlehurst and her family have called the Scenic Rim area home for the last 20 years and word on the street was that she had planned to downsize locally, but property records reveal she has just purchased a three-bedroom house on Macleay Island for just $790,000.
