Brisbane’s ultimate entertainers mansion has finally sold to a local family, setting a new record for the leafy-green suburb of Chandler.

Publicly-available property records showed that 74 Bacton Rd sold for a cool $11 million, but the sales price had been removed by Wednesday.

The previous record of $10.5 million was set for a 9467sq m property back in 2010.

Place New Farm agent Heath Williams would not comment on the sale price, only saying that the epic residence had attracted “heaps of interest” from interstate and overseas buyers.

But it was a local family that sealed the deal, he said.

The Bacton Rd property was the most viewed real estate listing in Australia last year, and it is easy to see why when you look at all of the inclusions.

On 1ha, the property boasts a six-bedroom main residence, a two-bedroom guesthouse, a unique ‘entertainment house’ and accommodation for up to 35 cars.

Features the property include a 3D golf simulator, a ‘mancave’ with a bar, a massive arcade-style games room, a music room, two gyms, indoor and outdoor spa facilities and a sauna.

Outside there is landscaped gardens, an outdoor cinema, soccer field, a tennis court, a basketball court, a separate outdoor gym, a glass-framed, in-ground swimming pool, a gazebo, pool shed and an alfresco area with an outdoor kitchen.

The main residence has a spacious open-plan living and dining area, plus a connecting lounge room, a study and a linked terrace.
