Adelaide architect David Frazer has long been known for his luxury, contemporary designs, with one of his crown achievements including classic luxe lodge – and sister property to Mount Lofty House – Sequoia.

But before he tried his hands at the exclusive adult-only retreat, he lent his services to his own family, with the design of a modern, poolside Mount Osmond home.

The 2009-built foothills property at 39 Mount Osmond Rd has now been listed for sale, with selling agent Arabella Hooper, of Harris Real Estate, expecting the home to sell for more than $1.8m.
