Law360 (August 13, 2021, 7:14 PM EDT) — A Texas federal jury said Friday after a damages retrial that Apple owes $300 million for infringing Optis Wireless Technology LLC’s standard-essential 4G wireless patents, following U.S. District Judge Rodney Gilstrap’s April decision tossing an earlier $506 million damages verdict after expressing “serious doubt” about it.
