By focusing on collaboration between faculty and administration, Angel and her staff have been able to optimize their online courses, increasing navigability and decreasing drop rates. Angel explained many of the concepts her team has successfully implemented — in particular, the high-quality LMS template they have built — to improve courses, and the processes they have used to support compliance and investment in these improvements.
