Transat Appoints Susan Kudzman as President and Elects Three New Directors to Board

Transat A.T. Inc., a leading integrated international tourism company, has announced the appointment of Susan Kudzman as President and the election of three new directors to its Board of Directors.

Kudzman brings extensive experience in the tourism industry, having held senior executive roles at several leading companies. She has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Air Canada Vacations, Vice President of Air Canada’s Leisure Group, and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Air Canada.

The three new directors are:

• John A. MacNaughton, who is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Caldwell Partners International, a leading executive search firm;

• Richard A. Nesbitt, who is the former Chief Executive Officer of CIBC World Markets and former Chief Operating Officer of the Toronto Stock Exchange; and

• Michael D. Potter, who is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of WestJet Airlines Ltd.

The new directors bring a wealth of experience in the areas of finance, executive search, and airline management.

Transat’s Board of Directors is now composed of nine members, including two independent directors. The Board is responsible for overseeing the company’s strategic direction and ensuring that it meets its financial objectives.
