This mission requires players to find 20 pieces of evidence scattered throughout the game’s vast locations. These pieces of evidence are crucial for uncovering the mysteries surrounding the Crimson Fleet and UC SysDef factions and come with valuable rewards. All 20 Evidence Locations of Burden of Proof

Begin your evidence hunt with the Naeva Meetup Evidence, a relatively easy find. It’s located on a table behind Adler Kemp in the bar on Cydonia, Mars, within the Sol System. This clue sets the stage for your investigation.

‘Echoes of the Past’ Mission – Evidence Locations

Carter’s Gig Evidence: This evidence piece is a part of the “Echoes of the Past” mission. As a critical element of the mission, its impossible to miss.

Warden’s Log Evidence: During the same mission, you will encounter the Warden’s Log Evidence. It can be found by following the yellow-painted corridors leading upstairs, where is is tucked away on a cabinet in the corner of a room.

‘Breaking the Bank’ Mission – Evidence Locations

Galbank Plan Evidence: This evidence slate can be found during the ‘Breaking the bank mission’. The catch is, you must ensure to not kill anyone or trigger any alarms during this mission. You must then speak to Rokov and then Gabriel Vera, and either persuade him or bribe him for the evidence.

Request Denied Evidence: Enter the Crew Quarter entrance to the shop, and move past two doors. Then, turn right and then left at the end of the hall, turning right at the Boom Pop! vending machine. You can then find the slate in the left at the Captain’s Quarters on a shelf.

‘The Best There Is’ Mission – Evidence Locations

Huan’s Talk Evidence: Amidst the “The Best There Is” mission for the Crimson Fleet, you will need to visit Kay’s House in the Well District on New Atlantis. Inside the house, you can find Huan’s Talk Evidence resting on a counter near the kitchen cooler.

Eubanks & Woods Evidence: Sharing the same mission, “The Best There Is,” this evidence becomes available towards the end of the mission. When you eventually reach Dr. Gabriel Vogel’s office, in an adjoining room, the evidence can be found on top of a rolling cart in the corner.

The Key Space Station – Evidence Locations

Request A17 Evidence: The “Rook Meets King” mission for the Crimson Fleet grants access to The Key, a Crimson Fleet space station in the Kryx System. The Request A17 Evidence can be found in Jazz’s Ship Service office’s desk corner, located aboard the station.

Mira’s Demise Evidence: In the same “Rook Meets King” mission, you must venture into Reckoner’s Core on The Key. You can find the evidence sitting on a table near a fold-out bed in a small room.

Voss’s Parts Evidence: In the “The Best There Is” mission, the Voss’s Parts Evidence is the final piece you can find in The Key. After leaving the room where Mira’s Demise was found, go up to the second floor through the stairwell. Inside a control room, you can access another small room where the evidence is sitting on top of a computer console.

‘Doctor’s Orders’ Mission – Evidence Locations

Gennady Ayton Evidence: You can start the “Doctor’s Orders” side mission for the Crimson Fleet by talking to Samina at the Clinic on The Key. The Gennady Ayton Evidence can be conveniently found sitting on top of equipment behind the doctor on The Clinic Space Station.

‘Reclaiming the Past’ Mission – Evidence Locations

Message for Bog Evidence: You must engage Bog in conversation at the Lost Nova bar on The Key to receive his side mission, “Reclaiming the Past.” Retrieving this evidence is a part of mission itself, so you won’t have trouble finding it.

Red Mile – Prorima III – Evidence Locations

Chunks Heist Evidence: Located within the Red Mile on Porrima III in the Porrima System, you can access this evidence at the bar. The Chunks Heist Evidence is placed on the left corner of the bar counter.

Gagarin Landing Bar – Evidence Locations

Chiroptera Evidence: Positioned on Gagarin in the Alpha Centauri System, this evidence can be found in Lizzy’s Bar on Gagarin Landing. It is easy to find, sitting on the right of the bar counter.

HopeTown on Polvo – Evidence Locations

HopeTown Raid Evidence: When visiting Hopetown on Polvo in the Valo System, you will find The Pit Stop, clearly visible from the landing pad. This evidence is also found on the right corner of the bar counter.

The Den on Wolf System – Evidence Locations

Kreet Offer Evidence: This evidence is located in The Den in the Wolf System. You must dock at The Den, which orbits the planet Chthonia. It placed on a small table in the front of the giant ‘Open’ neon sign.

Absolute Power Mission – Evidence Locations

The Big Score Evidence: The “Absolute Power” mission brings you to Madame Sauvage’s Bar. Here, you can find the evidence in the kitchen on a bedside table.

Meeting With Bayu Evidence: When searching for evidence against Komiko, you will eventually arrive at Generdyne’s office inside the Trade Tower. In this office, you will discover a locked safe containing the Meeting With Bayu Evidence. You can attempt to pick the lock or persuade the receptionist, Ji Nashida, for the key.

Ayumi’s Offer Evidence: The Ayumi’s Offer Evidence is located in Euphorika’s Members Only Lounge. You will only be able to access this exclusive area with credits, and once inside, you can find the evidence on a table behind Ayumi Komiko.

‘Eye Of The Storm’ Mission – Evidence Locations

In the 7th Crimson Fleet mission, “Eye of the Storm,” you’ll come across the last piece of evidence. This mission is a turning point, as it requires you to make a vital decision about whether to support the Crimson Fleet or UC SysDef. To ensure you have all the evidence in your collection, you can continue and collect the Mortem Obire Evidence located near Jasper Kryx’s body.

In the 7th quest, “Eye of the Storm,” you’ll face a big decision: choosing between the Crimson Fleet and UC SysDef. After you’ve collected all 20 pieces of evidence, return to Lieutenant Toft at the UC Vigilance. Have a chat with Toft to unlock new options and to collect your reward of plentiful Credits and a unique weapon called the Memento Mori. You will know more about Toft’s lore, learning about his journey from a tough childhood to her role as a Lieutenant.
