These are drawer pulls I designed. I included both 3 inch and 3 1/4 versions of the leads. The screws are modeled for 8-32 screws and they fit a little tight, but it works well. They are designed for MMU printing. In my experience the Resister imports correctly and ready for the MMU, but when I import the diode I have to merge the parts first to make them stay together.

I print them at .2 layer height with a .4 nozzle, but I’m sure you can use a bigger nozzle without a problem.

If you want to print them without an MMU you can do color swaps at the following layers for the resister, 5.20mm, 12.20mm, 17.20mm, 24.20mm, 29.20mm, 36.20mm, 47.80mm, 54.80mm. And for the diode just change color one time at 15mm.

If you need other lead sizes, or different threads for another country, let me know what you need and I will see what I can do.

Every Thursday is #3dthursday here at Adafruit! The DIY 3D printing community has passion and dedication for making solid objects from digital models. Recently, we have noticed electronics projects integrated with 3D printed enclosures, brackets, and sculptures, so each Thursday we celebrate and highlight these bold pioneers!

Have you considered building a 3D project around an Arduino or other microcontroller? How about printing a bracket to mount your Raspberry Pi to the back of your HD monitor? And don’t forget the countless LED projects that are possible when you are modeling your projects in 3D!
