Slayaway Camp 2 has just stalked its way onto the Netflix gaming roster! Netflix continues to expand its empire as both a streaming and casual gaming platform, with the addition of Slayaway Camp 2 coming just in time for Halloween! The game features a fitting 80’s retro murder-horror theme, kitted with puzzle tiles and a squishy chibi-like 3D style.

With improved visuals and new animations, Slayaway Camp 2 puts you in the bloody boots of Skullface, the slashing maniac shrouded with murderous intent. After being summoned to the camp by some horror-fanatic fans, you now have the pleasure of hunting them down. You can sneak and stalk your victims whilst solving sliding puzzle levels, then finish them with squeamish stabby animations!

Skullface isn’t the only 80’s horror to be invited to this Netflix blood-fest. You can expand your horror universe by infiltrating other movie terrors such as Gourd Head, the Killer Fridge, and Demon Doll. Unlock and add these villains to your roster of playable characters, alongside a violent goodie bag of other monsters. Each character you unlock will stunt a unique weapon which you can find along their playthrough routes.

This game truly challenges your ability to strategize, much like a real killer… Not that I’d know anything about that… You build up points based on creative kills, which include cornering victims, and utilizing puzzles for those gorey and squeamish kill cams. Also, Netflix introduced this horror-ific predecessor with no ADs or in-game payments. Now that is definitely a SLAYaway.

Netflix is the streaming titan with a plethora of series and movies to indulge in, though in recent years decided to take the dive into the gaming realm. This move set them apart from other streaming competitors, inviting streamers to enjoy a bunch of minigames across a wide scope of genres.
