An item from the folks at IES.  Depending on what data is provided and who is included, this could be an interesting dashboard.

NCES Releases Equity in Education Dashboard

The Equity in Education Dashboard website compiles key findings and trends on educational equity in the United States from a variety of data sources. The dashboard was developed as part of a larger Department response to the White House Executive Order on Advancing Racial Equity and Support for Underserved Communities Through the Federal Government. The dashboard’s thematic framework is based on the National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine (NASEM) Monitoring Educational Equity report. There are seven domains within the dashboard, including:
  1. Kindergarten readiness;
  2. K-12 learning and engagement;
  3. Educational attainment;
  4. The extent of racial, ethnic, and economic segregation;
  5. Equitable access to high-quality early learning programs;
  6. Equitable access to high-quality curricula and instruction; and
  7. Equitable access to supportive school and classroom environments.

Within each of the seven domains are indicators that highlight disparities in access to opportunities and resources and student outcomes among population groups or “equity dimensions”. This dashboard includes equity dimensions such as race/ethnicity, sex, English learner status, disability status, and various socioeconomic status metrics such as parental education and school poverty level. The purpose of this dashboard is to serve as a central location for information on equity in education in the United States, provide the public with indicators on important equity topics using quality and reliable data, and assemble resources around equity dimensions, including publications and reference tables.
