Hillwood Airways to rebrand as Eastern Air Express after Eastern Air Holdings acquistion

Hillwood Airways (Fort Worth-Alliance) (formerly ATX Air Services) was a former Perot Company, and a Part 121 Supplemental Air Carrier.

Eastern Airlines (3rd) (Eastern Air Holdings) has acquired the company and is planning to rebrand the com pany as Eastern Air Express.
