Gonzo announces first ever Muppet Halloween special

It’s May, which means we can start thinking about Halloween plans, right? That’s what the Muppets are doing, at least. And, hey, if the Muppets say it's OK, then who are we to judge?

Muppet icons Pepe the King Prawn and Gonzo come together to announce the first ever Muppet Halloween Special — Muppets Haunted Mansion! That’s right: The Muppets will be crossing over with the fan-favorite Disney parks attraction as Gonzo spends one night in the Haunted Mansion. Full of typical Muppets shenanigans like celebrity cameos, brand-new music, and, of course, an all-star Muppet cast, Muppets Haunted Mansion will premiere sometime this fall on Disney Plus. Word’s out on whether this special will include references to the (not great) Haunted Mansion movie starring Eddie Murphy.
