  • Issuance of 758 investor alerts, with 422 specifically related to cryptocurrencies.
  • Publication of 33 announcements encompassing rule changes, consultations, and policy developments.
  • Inception of the CSA Investor Advisory Panel, which reviewed 12 policy initiatives from an investor’s viewpoint.
  • Launch of SEDAR+ to enhance the disclosure process.

  • Enforcement actions in 16 crypto-related matters to uphold the integrity of the capital markets.
