Check Out These Official Dark and Darker Mobile Screenshots – Droid Gamers

Back in August, Droid Gamers reported on a rumour that an official Dark and Darker Mobile port is on the way. That’s now official, and under development over at Krafton, the creator of PUBG and Callisto Protocol.

Mere months later, and we’ve now got a series of official screenshots showcasing the game in action. And it looks nothing short of incredible. There’s also a teaser trailer, but that’s all CGI. Check it all out on Twitter.

What do the Dark and Darker Mobile Screenshots Depict?

There are a grand total of six screenshots out in the wild. One depicts a cave, in which several adventurers are battling skeletons. There are some terrific lighting effects on display, and a rather realistic pool of water.

I’m particularly drawn to that treasure chest though. As an RPG fanatic, I can’t see one of those without wanting to open it immediately, and see what lurks inside.

The other screen shows off a cosy fireside scene, with three adventurers warming themselves. One of them is half naked with a helmet on, which demonstrates a lack of understanding of safety gear.

The rest of the screenshots show off a variety of gameplay scenes. There’s an adventurer blocking a scaly-looking enemy’s attack with a shield, a wizard casting a spell, and yet another treasure chest.

It Looks Just Like the PC Version

Overall, Dark and Darker Mobile looks pretty indistinguishable from the PC version, which is a heck of an achievement. I’m certainly super excited to finally see it in action.

According to the Tweet, leaked above, we won’t have long to wait. Dark and Darker Mobile will appear at The Game Awards during G-Star 2023, which takes place November 16-19.

Just to be clear, that doesn’t mean that Dark and Darker Mobile will launch in November. This might just be the formal announcement, or details of a closed beta or pre-registration campaign.

What you can count on, though, is that we will report back as soon as we have learned more. Stay tuned!
