Actor and comedian Danny McBride is ready to sell his Los Angeles home for $1.8m (AU$2.74m)

The apartment was last sold in 2008 for $1.44m and has been offered as a rental property since 2013 — most recently for $9,000 a month.

McBride, who has starred in films and television shows, is leaving behind this nearly 200 sqm, one-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse apartment.
