He specifically appreciated the Na’Vi entry fragger Denis “electronic” Sharipov, who was the standout player for the side on Train with a whopping 31 kills to his name. Apart from this, s1mple also had a strong message for all the haters as they had previously raised a question about his motivation and work ethic. His powerful performance throughout this tournament was a testament to the fact that he is still one of the best in the business, without a hint of doubt.

Despite being the MVP of the tournament, s1mple had nothing but praise for his teammates especially electronic who was the standout player for the side during the grand final. All the Na’Vi players stood up to the challenge handing Gambit a straight ‘3-0’ defeat, the only player that might have had an off day was Ilya ‘Perfecto’ Zalutskiy. This is what s1mple had to say about electronic in the post-match interview,
“Ele simplesmente sabe que apareceria em um momento importante. Foi um trabalho tão bom quando ele começou a ser dono, acho que foi por causa dele que ganhamos a maior parte dos rounds (no Train) por causa das entradas dele. Mas ainda assim, o plano de jogo de Boombl4 e B1ad3 foi sempre o mesmo e tudo estava funcionando.”
S1mple aplaude todos os inimigos
Tendo apreciado o esforço que toda a equipe fez, s1mple passou a transmitir uma mensagem forte a todos os inimigos que questionaram sua ética de trabalho e perda de motivação. Como ele prosseguiu afirmando que,
“I am just happy for my team and I am sad for (the) haters. Those people say that someone is playing bad and he does not understand the problem that he (the player) has right now in real life, and because of it he is just trying to wake up himself you know. Feel bad for haters – nobody lost motivation, nobody has stopped practicing, everything is great.”
