Win-To-Earn NFT Game, Duelist King Secures Over $1 Million

The cross-chain win-to-earn non-fungible token (NFT) game, Duelist King, secured over $1 million in funds from many renowned private equity firms.

Built on Binance Smart Chain (BSC) and Cardano and supported by Fantom, Polygon, and Cronos, Duelist King got investment and support from angel investors, including NFT Technologies, BlockBeat Momentum6, BoostXLabs, Shima Capital, BX Ventures, X21 Digital, AU21, Magnus Capital, and 10 others.

Dzung Tran (Chiro), CEO and Founder of Duelist King also expressed his excitement about the investment his company received. He says,

To have received investment and support from some of the best-known VC firms in the crypto industry is a testament to the work we have done behind the scenes to pioneer a novel win-to-earn gaming model.

Furthermore, he noted that having sold out 250,000 NFTs in less than 45 minutes last month means Duelist Kingdom is gaining momentum. Thus, they are excited that their investors recognize their potential.

According to the company, the funds will be used to establish Duelist King as a key player in the blockchain gaming industry. Note to mention, Duelist King is built as win-to-earn, wherein the game economics centers on rewards and earnings based on player commitment.

In addition, Duelist King emphasizes that players earn rewards for competing in quests, battles, and tournaments. Also, they can vote on the company’s project in terms of gameplay and design.

As a community-owned NFT card game, Duelist King indicates its support for cross-chain NFTs and its tokens. Aside from this, the project was launched through an Initial DEX Offering (IDO) on OccamRazor and will conduct an Initial Farm Offering (IFO) on PancakeSwap on October 27.

Currently, Duelist King game’s developers are working on a Player vs Environment (PvE) version of the game, which the firm said is due for release in Q1 of 2022. After that, the team mentioned that Player vs Player (PvP) and multi-play features would follow in Q2. Beyond this, Duelist King also added that it will host tournaments for its expanding community.
