Monday, Sept. 11
Aaron Caulder, 27, of 28 Jefferson Ave., Riverside, turned himself in on a warrant at 9:14 a.m. He was charged with three counts of domestic violence (simple assault and/or battery, vandalism, and disorderly conduct, all first offenses). He was transported to court later that morning.

A man called police under the belief that he had been scammed at a gas station on Main Street at 9:58 a.m. It turns out he had been confused by the price for cash versus paying by card.

A business on Libby Lane reported at 10:52 a.m. that they had camera footage of someone rifling through vehicles the night of Sept. 9.

A possibly sick raccoon was reported at a Water Street address at 12:36 p.m.

A woman requested a rescue at 8:58 p.m. after allegedly being struck by a cyclist on the bike path earlier in the day.

Police dispersed people having a verbal altercation at a gas station on Metacom Avenue at 9:53 p.m.

Tuesday, Sept. 12
A caller reported locking somebody inside their basement at their Market Street home at 7:40 a.m. who they did not recognize. Police later identified and freed a Rhode Island Energy employee from the residence.

A 16-year-old juvenile was arrested on Market Street at 8:50 a.m. and was charged with possession of marijuana (less than 2 ounces).

An accident involving a vehicle vs. a pedestrian was reported at Child Street and Arlington Avenue at 3:49 p.m.
