We are thrilled to share a significant collaboration with the Intellectual Property Rights Committee’s esteemed bi-monthly e-newsletter, Intellectualis by School of Law, CHRIST (Deemed to be University). The IP Press is joining hands with Intellectualis to bring you a series of engaging content.

For the January edition, we are particularly excited to announce our collaboration with the Intellectual Property Rights Committee. Intellectualis, a bi-monthly e-newsletter run by the IPRC, strives to foster dynamic discussions within the IP legal and academic community.

The IP Press, committed to delivering the latest developments in intellectual property to IP enthusiasts, addresses concerns across various stakeholders – from students and academicians to researchers and start-ups. Our focus is to guide and empower individuals in navigating and protecting their intellectual property rights.

Our team of technically adept professionals works towards raising awareness of contemporary IP issues through workshops, seminars, video lectures, policy reviews, and advisory services on IP disputes.

As part of this collaboration, we are pleased to announce an open call for submissions for the January issue, exploring the theme “Generative AI and IPR.” We invite you to contribute articles, case analyses, and creative works, including comic strips and artwork, to shed light on the legal, ethical, and technological dimensions of the relationship between Generative AI and Intellectual Property Rights.

Join us on this exploration of challenges presented by AI-generated works within the evolving landscape of copyright, patent, and trade mark laws.
