Shroud And Zedd Among Names In $30M Funding Round For Mountaintop’s Upcoming Shooter

The team at Mountaintop Studios has revealed an early look at their debut genre-defining tactical FPS title, along with details around their new $30 million funding round.

shroud has made a name for himself in the content creator space, previously supported by his Counter-Strike: Global Offensive career.

With this funding round, Mountaintop Studios stands by their mission to create a competitive shooter that pushes the boundaries of the genre. According to the studio, creators and investors like shroud, tarik, and CohhCarnage, each demonstrating a depth of gaming knowledge, have affirmed the studio’s concept and progress as they continue development.

Nate Mitchell, Mountaintop Co-founder & CEO, said the following:

Zack Zaharis from Anthos Capital led the round. We’ve gotten to know Zack well over the last few years, and we’re thrilled to add him to the board.
