What is the first title that comes to mind when you think of CES 2023? Today we will summarize all lists and top products from the conference, such as CES 2023 robots, CES 2023 smart home, or basically CES top products. After a week of showcasing cutting-edge gadgets and innovations, the world’s largest technology convention has finished. Now it’s time to explore these new gadgets and stuff.

Hardware, content, technology distribution systems, and other related products from companies that specialize in making and distributing consumer technology are traditionally unveiled at CES, and this year was no exception. The technologies exhibited at CES 2023 are worth a closer look, especially if you’re concerned about the inevitable robot uprising.

CES 2023 robots: New candidates for human’s best friend…

Even though by this point we should be used to painting robots (Ai-Da robot) and the like thanks to progress in AI, CES 2023 will undoubtedly have some advancements that will take us by surprise. Robots formerly reserved for the pages of science fiction are quickly evolving into practical aids.

Yes, there’s a lot going on at CES, and it might be difficult to keep up with everything, but don’t worry; we’ve got you covered. Here is our list of the coolest and most innovative robots debuting at CES in 2023.

Spoiler alert: Some of the products from our CES 2023 robots list are already in use in different industries.

Dog-E

Contrary to popular belief, Dog-E is not a generic robot dog. This robotic pet has a distinct character thanks to the over a million attainable permutations of its voice, expressions, and other identifying features. If your children are begging for a dog but you simply don’t have the resources to take care of one, this $80 toy may be the answer.

Parky, the autonomous EV recharging robot

There were displays at CES featuring additional autonomous mobility products that are commercially available even while autonomous automobiles are still in the research and development phase.

An autonomous electric vehicle (EV) charging robot named Parky, created by the company Evar, was on display during the conference. It is made for property owners who want to convert their parking spaces to accommodate electric vehicles (EVs) without installing additional charging infrastructure.

For Parky to work, a user must park close to an electric vehicle (EV) robot connector. If you have NFC capability on your phone, you can simply contact Parky and it will locate your vehicle. A full hour of charging at the robot’s 15kW DC outlet will get you 50 kilometers.

The EcoFlow Blade robotic lawn-sweeping mower

Another commonplace area where AI can be useful is in lawn maintenance, and this was a popular discussion point during CES. EcoFlow has unveiled the EcoFlow Blade, which they call the “world’s first” robotic lawn sweeping mower that can also collect leaves. The robot can automatically collect leaves and trim the edges of the lawn with the help of in-app programs, GPS, and LiDAR technology.

Agrist L

The “L” robot developed by Japanese agtech startup Agrist can detect when bell peppers are ready to harvest and then pluck them with millimeter accuracy, all while maneuvering through multiple layers of leaves. If the current shortage of agricultural workers persists, a robot like this could prove to be not only useful but essential.

With the use of cameras and an AI system, L can determine the exact location, size, ripeness, and harvesting time of a pepper. It moves along suspension lines that must be set up in advance, approaches a plant, identifies a desired pepper on it, and cuts it off before folding it and depositing it in a collection box. L can estimate the size of a harvest and gather information on crops, such as the number of days till harvest.

Agrist claims the price of L is around $10,000, whereas the typical price of traditional autonomous harvesting robots is closer to $73,000. It’s possible to program the robot to pick different types of produce.

Agrist L is one of the most hyped CES 2023 robots.

Neubie

Neubie, the newest in a line of delivery robots, is a mobility option. Instead of using lidar sensors, this one by Neubility in South Korea uses a multicamera system dubbed V-Slam, making it ideal for traversing dense urban areas. As an added bonus, its eyes are really big and cute.

Aeo

Japanese firm Aoelus Robotics has developed a service robot called Aeo. According to the firm, its bot has applications in the areas of safety, logistics, medicine, and customer service. One of Aeo’s arms includes grippers that it can use to pick things up, open doors, or press buttons, and the other arm has an L-shaped UV attachment that it can use to sterilize surfaces.

Live video from the camera’s 360-degree field of view in the dark can be seen on a computer, tablet, or smartphone. Care is able to recognize when a patient is in danger or discomfort (details of how the robot does this are light). It can’t pick anybody up if they fall, but it can deliver them food, drinks, or supplies because of its arm’s 8.8-pound lifting capacity and its small dimensions (3.8 feet tall by 1.8 feet broad).

Airports, hotels, and hospitals in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Japan have all used Aeo.

Amazon Astro

Amazon Astro, the company’s $999 rolling “home robot” unveiled a year ago but still available “exclusively by invitation,” was just demonstrated for the first time.

Amazon Astro is one of the most waited CES 2023 robots.

CES 2023 smart home

The products we mentioned above caught your attention, but are you looking for “today’s” technologies that you can use in your home? Keep reading, these are the best three CES 2023 smart home products:

  • Hisense Mini LED TVs
  • JBL’s 2023 soundbar lineup
  • Withings U-Scan urine analyzer

Let’s take a closer look at what they offer.

Hisense Mini LED TVs

Mini LED TVs fill the void between regular LED TVs and OLED TVs, providing near-perfect black levels and finely defined contrast zones without the burn-in problem that plagues OLED TVs. Since the technology is so fresh, Mini LEDs have been limited to a handful of high-end models; however, Hisense is planning to change that with a more reasonably priced line of televisions.

Mini LED TVs are now available at prices as low as $500, beginning with the base model U6 which includes Google TV. If you’re planning to upgrade your TV this year but don’t want to shell out top cash, you’ll be happy to hear this. For those who have their sights set on the upscale market, Hisense has released a few new alternatives that include all the trimmings: several zones of dimming, a fast refresh rate, increased peak brightness, and more.

JBL’s 2023 soundbar lineup

JBL introduced its entire line of soundbars at CES to complement your new TV purchase. Detachable, battery-operated satellite speakers come standard on the top three models (the Bar 1300x, Bar 1000, and Bar 700), allowing you to set them wherever in the room without having to run cables along the walls. Select the Bar 300 for just $400, or go all out with the Bar 1300X for a whopping $1,700.

One of the best features of this line of bars is the integrated smart connectivity found across the board. They are compatible with the JBL One app and the voice assistants Google Assistant and Alexa. Casting music from an Android or iOS device is made easy with built-in support for both Chromecast and AirPlay 2.

Withings U-Scan urine analyzer

The Withings U-Scan is a smart, Wi-Fi-connected puck that sits inside the toilet and analyzes your urine. Yes, it’s weird, but it can be the greatest.

It has two types of interchangeable cartridges for monitoring things like menstrual cycles, ovulation windows, and hydration and nutrition. Thanks to its Stream ID feature, the gadget can even distinguish between family members; we can only assume that the Pentagon or MI-6 utilize something similar to this to control entry to restricted areas.

When the test is complete, the puck will upload the results to a companion app for review. Its high price and upkeep (like charging a puck that’s been hanging inside the toilet) could be problematic, too. Fortunately, while pee may not be pleasant to deal with, at least it is sterile.
