Risk3sixty, an Atlanta-based cybersecurity technology and consulting firm, has announced the promotion of Tim Palmer to Chief Operating Officer and the recruitment of industry veteran Tara Vagalatos as Vice President of Growth. He oversees complex corporate functions, such as internal daily operations and finance. Palmer, a native of Missouri, received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse and served in the U.S. Army as a Field Officer. After seven years of service, he transitioned and received his MBA. from Washington University in St. Louis. Palmer was formerly risk3sixty’s Director of Operations.

Tara Vagalatos joins the company as Vice President of Growth, focusing on helping risk3sixty scale its Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) cybersecurity operations, services, and software offerings to stay ahead of the rapidly changing cybersecurity landscape. She has a Master of Science in information systems management with a specialization in cloud architecture and deployment and previously built and led teams that delivered on high-visibility, strategic enterprise initiatives in cloud security and compliance, cloud governance, and cloud cost optimization for Citrix Systems, Inc.
