Pokémon GO Fest is returning in 2023, holding in-person events in three cities throughout August. Here’s all the information you’ll need ahead of the events.

The biggest event in the Pokémon GO calendar is fast-approaching — Pokémon GO Fest 2023. Taking place throughout August, the event will span three countries, with a global virtual event for those who can’t attend in-person.

Depending on which event you’re planning to attend, there are a few important details to be aware of. Tickets for the in-person events will be limited, however the global virtual event will be available to purchase up until the last day of the event and will not sell out.

Here are the key dates and details you’ll need to know.

There are three in-person Pokémon GO Fest events taking place this August:

London, England – August 4, 5 & 6, 2023

Park Experience
9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. BST

City Experience:
9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. BST

Osaka, Japan – August 4, 5 & 6, 2023

Park Experience
9:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. JST

City Experience:
9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. JST

New York City, USA – August 18, 19 & 20, 2023

Park Experience:
9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. ET

City Experience:
9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. ET

A virtual event will be held, allowing players all over the world to attend regardless of their location:

Tickets for the in-person Pokémon GO Fest 2023 can be purchased now:

Like previous years, tickets include access to two sessions in the chose location. For example, in New York, tickets purchased include both the Randall’s Island Park and New York City experience — the only difference is the time of day Trainers are at each location.

Tickets for the Global virtual event can also be purchased now, at $14.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in your local currency, plus any applicable taxes and fees).
