Over 20 CBD Brands Face Recall as Warning Not to Use Pills, Gummies – Medical Marijuana Program Connection

A recall was issued in Ohio on Friday for several brands that produce an array of products, including CBD gummies and tinctures.

In a press release obtained by Newsweek, the Ohio Department of Agriculture announced that Rocket Systems Inc. was issuing a voluntary recall of dozens of different products including CBD gummies, ACV [apple cider vinegar] gummies, CBD tincture and other cosmetic products.

“The products were produced without the benefit of inspection from the Ohio Department of Agriculture,” the press release obtained by Newsweek said. “The issue was discovered during a routine inspection conducted by the Ohio Department of Agriculture. There have been no reports of illness involving products addressed in this recall.

“All product involved in this recall should be disposed of, or returned to 415 Greenwell Avenue Cincinnati, Ohio 45238,” the announcement added.
