Road to the Show in MLB The Show 23 is a single-player Career Mode experience that lets you reenact the progression of a pro baseball player.

The game mode has been getting increasingly better year after year, with a big upgrade coming in MLB The Show 21 when it came to current-gen consoles from last-gen for the first time.

One of the main features of the mode is levelling up your character, developing their attributes through performances and training to suit your playstyle and becoming the best around.

That is accompanied by the storylines offered, not just getting from the Minor to Major League, but also interacting with your teammates in the clubhouse and the insights provided in cameos from some of the best-known announcers, coaches, managers and legendary players!

Last year saw the expansion of cast members, giving more authenticity to the mode due to the number of cameos from central figures in the world of baseball.
