Mexican de Aviacion (2nd) brand has returned to the skies as of today (December 26)..

The inaugural flight (MXA 1788) operated between the Felipe Ángeles International Airport (NLU) in Mexico City to the newly-opened Tulum International Airport (TQO).

Tijuana, Puerto Vallarta, Monterrey, Mérida, Mazatlán, Chetumal, and Campeche will also join the route map.

A Boeing 737-800 (737-8MC registered as XA-ASM) in being operated in Mexicana markings by the Mexican Air Force.
