LoL 13.6 – Release Date, Milio, Patch Notes, Faerie Court Skins & More

League of Legends is coming in hot with yet another update—the LoL 13.6 patch.

Since it’s early on in its PTR shelf life, there’s not much information regarding LoL 13.6. However, one thing’s confirmed, and that’s the release of Season 13’s first brand-new champion Milio. Additionally, as always with a new patch, players can expect new skins as the update introduces the new Faerie Court line.

That being said, here’s everything to know about LoL 13.6, including its release date, patch notes, skins, and more.

LoL 13.6 Release Date

Adhering to the League of Legends patch schedule for Season 13, LoL 13.6 is set to release on Wednesday, March 22, 2023.

Once the patch is live, players will be able to enjoy numerous new skins, the new event, as well as plenty of buffs, nerfs, and overall changes from its patch notes.

Milio joins League of Legends in LoL 13.6

Milio is the enthusiastic, fun-loving new support in League of Legends. Hailing from the remote village on the border of Ixtal, where his family was exiled generations ago, Milio is a unique take on the role.

Like the standard enchanter in the support role, Milio is always looking for ways to help his teammates secure kills or get out of sticky situations.

Here are what Milio’s abilities look like:

Passive – Fired Up

• INNATE: Whenever Milio hits himself or an allied champion with an ability, he enchants the target for 4 seconds, causing their next basic attack or ability to deal 15% − 50% (based on level) of target’s AD bonus magic damage and apply a burn that deals [25 − 80 (based on level) (+ 20% AP) magic damage over 1.5 seconds.]

• Subsequent applications have been found to only refresh the duration and will NOT stack. If applied via an auto attack, Spell Shields cannot block this damage.

Q – Ultra Mega Fire Kick!

• ACTIVE: Milio kicks a fireball in the target direction after a 0.25-second delay that knocks back and stuns the first enemy hit over 1 second. Upon collision, the ball then launches upward and falls toward the target’s location to explode, dealing magic damage to enemies within the area and slowing them for 1.5 seconds.If the primary target is a non-champion, the ball knocks them back further and creates a larger explosion on impact.
• Milio cannot cast his other abilities during Ultra Mega Fire Kick’s delay.
• Magic Damage: 90 / 135 / 180 / 225 / 270 (+ 90% AP)
• Slow: 40 / 45 / 50 / 55 / 60% (+ 5% per 100 AP)

W – Cozy Campfire

• ACTIVE: Milio summons an empowerment zone at the target location for 6 seconds that follows the closest nearby allied champion at the cast location, including himself. Allied champions and Milio within the area gain increased base attack range and heal every 0.24 seconds over the duration.Cozy Campfire can be recast after 0.5 seconds while the zone is active.
• RECAST: Milio commands the zone to follow himself or the target allied champion and places the recast on a 0.5-second static cooldown.Cozy Campfire may only grant Fired Up! upon being summoned and once every 3 seconds thereafter.
• Increased Attack Range: 10 / 12.5 / 15 / 17.5 / 20%
• Total Heal: 80 / 110 / 140 / 170 / 200 (+ 15% AP)

E – Warm Hugs

• ACTIVE: Milio wraps himself or the target allied champion in protective flames, granting them a shield and bonus movement speed for 2.5 seconds.
• Milio periodically stocks a Warm Hugs charge, up to a maximum of 2.
• Warm Hugs’ effects can stack up to 2 times.
• Shield Strength: 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 (+ 30% AP)
• Bonus Movement Speed: 15 / 17.5 / 20 / 22.5 / 25%

R – Breath of Life

• ACTIVE: Milio unleashes a wave of soothing flames on himself and nearby allied champions, healing them, cleansing them of all non-airborne crowd control, and granting them 65% tenacity for 3 seconds.
• Milio cannot cast Breath of Life while he is affected by cast-inhibiting crowd control.

LoL 13.6 Skins

As always with a new patch, new skins get added to the game for players to enjoy. For LoL 13.6 there are eight skins in total for players to enjoy.

In the new update, players will get to enjoy the brand-new Faerie Court skin line and an addition to the Ashen Knight line.

Faerie Court 2023

The Faerie Court line brings out the brightest and the most colorful, coating a total of seven champions in glowing and radiant colors.

In what is one of the more unique skin lines thus far, champions such as Karma, Kalista, Ezreal, Seraphine, Fiora, Katarina, and the newly releasing Milio, will be doused in vivid and radiant features and hues.

Katarina will be receiving a Prestige Edition of her skin.

It is expected that most of the skins will cost 1350 RP with Karma’s skin priced at 1820 RP. Katarina’s Prestige Edition, like others before it, is expected to cost ME or Event Tokens.

Ashen Guardian Shen

Also being introduced in the LoL 13.6 is yet another addition to the Ashen Knight skin line.

Joining the likes of Pyke, Sylas, Pantheon, and others, the new Ashen Guardian Shen skin takes similar dark colors and hues. In contrast to past Ashen skins, though, Ashen Guardian Shen is more accentuated in its visual effects.

Ashen Guardian Shen will be priced at 100 ME (Mythic Essence). The skin also comes with a chroma priced at 40 ME.
