Kpop Legend G-Dragon Debuts NFT Collection on OpenSea

• K-pop icon G-dragon is releasing an NFT collection. 
• The NFT collection will feature original paintings by G-Dragon. 

Celebrities and pop stars often seek to take advantage of NFTs to better connect with fans through specialized content. However, it’s rare that icons themselves actually make the content, like legendary K-pop star, G-dragon. 

Korean pop singer and global style icon,  Kwon Ji-Yong, more famously known as G-Dragon, is bringing his artistic side to web3 via NFTs, and his fans are more than excited. 

Delivering Originality

G-Dragon is taking a refreshing take on NFTs by breaking down his original paintings into collectible puzzle pieces on the BNB smart chain.

The artist’s first collection, Archive of PEACEMINUSONE, is set to release on OpenSea on March 21. The series will feature 13,444 unique NFTs that will make up his original painting, Archive 2016. Additionally, G-Dragon plans to release two similar NFT collections following this launch.

Each NFT from G-Dragon’s collection will reward holders with unique gifts and access to exclusive merchandise, games, and more.
