Is There a Fortnite Live Event Coming in 2023?

Fans have been waiting for another Fortnite live event, and one could finally be coming in 2023.

Fortnite used to regularly put on in-game live events that prompted players from all over the world to watch as one season ended and another began. The events would bring the Fortnite lore to life and give a sneak peek at what was to come in the next update.

Even as Epic Games delivers dream collaborations, like the Fortnite x Futurama crossover, and frequent map updates, the most requested addition to Fortnite is the return of live events. With just five months left in 2023, will Fortnite produce another spectacular event?

As of now, it is unknown if a Fortnite live event is coming in 2023. The last Fortnite live event, The Collision, occurred over a year ago to commemorate the end of Chapter 3 Season 2. It would be a great surprise if Epic Games finally brought the fan-favorite events back to the Battle Royale at some point in 2023.

Without a single live event in Fortnite Chapter 4, though, it is hard to imagine one will be coming in the next few seasons. It is more likely that we get a live event to celebrate the beginning of Fortnite Chapter 5, rumored to release at the end of 2023.
