Destiny 2‘s Dawning event continues bringing the heat with the rare ingredient, Impossible Heat. Eva Levante’s oven- and cookie-baking challenges have returned to Destiny 2 as guardians celebrate the holiday season. But before guardians can get to baking, they will need to collect some ingredients. Easier said than done, since rare ingredients require specific tasks to farm. Some might require precision shots, and some require melee kills. Since they require niche methods of taking down the enemies, farming these ingredients could take much longer. The ingredient Impossible Heat is no exception. Here is how to get Impossible Heat in Destiny 2 Dawning 2022.

The Dawning is an annual Destiny 2 event from December 13 to January 3, meant to celebrate the holiday season. Similar to how the Festival of the Lost celebrates the fall and Halloween seasons. The event provides guardians with new activities and quests. One activity that keeps returning year in and out is Eva’s oven and baking cookies for fellow NPCs. The NPCs reward guardians with random weapon and armor drop while progressing Eva’s quest for holiday-themed loot.

How to get and farm Impossible Heat in Destiny 2 – Dawning 2022

Impossible Heat is one of the rare ingredients in Destiny 2‘s Dawning event. Luckily for guardians, Eva’s oven briefly describes how to gather certain ingredients. Impossible Heat can be obtained by killing any enemy type, which seems simple enough. However, the only catch is it has to be done with Solar abilities or weapons. It’s not too difficult a task, all things considered. All guardians have to do is grab their favorite solar weapon and solar abilities and get to farming.

As for recommendations, any solar weapon in the energy slot will do, but some may look to the exotic hand cannon Sunshot. Sunshot kills create solar energy explosions, making it easy to farm groups of enemies. Ability-wise, Hunters should look at Blade Barrage, and Titans their Burning Maul and Throwing Hammer. And warlocks should use Pheonix Dive with Their Daybreak for extra explosive damage.
