Here are the available objectives and rewards players will get for completing Winter Winning. All packs players will receive are untradeable:

Completing the full objective set will net players a Five 84+ Players Pack (untradeable) and an additional 300 XP. A nice engagement tool that should be easy to complete considering it’s available for 13 days total.
