FIFA 23 – What is the FUT Centurion promo?

The Winter Wildcards promo is drawing to a close in FIFA 23 and it looks like a brand new event is set to launch in Ultimate Team.

The ‘FUT Centurions’ campaign has been leaked online for several weeks now and with the promo set to arrive soon, you’ll need to know exactly what it’s all about.

What is the ‘FUT Centurions’ promo?

We had originally expected the FUT Centurion items to be handed to players who have reached milestones within real-world football that are associated with the number 100.

However, the reliable FUT leaker @DonkTrading has suggested that the promo could be similar to the FIFA 23 FUT Captains event.

The FUT Captains promo was new to FUT 22 and brought boosted items to the game’s best leaders as well as FUT Hero cards.

We feel that EA could combine the two themes and bring us the unique FUT Centurions promotional campaign.

Player predictions

Manchester City‘s Kevin De Bruyne is our front-runner for a FUT Centurions item.

As a result of City setting an English top-flight record for most points in a single season, with 100, the team received the nickname “Centurions”, and have been acclaimed by pundits and football journalists as being one of the greatest teams in Premier League history.

So, it makes sense for a City player to be handed the first FUT Centurions card and who better than their midfield maestro KDB?
