Bowen Acquisition Shares and Rights Begin Trading Separately | SPAC Feed

Bowen Acquisition announced that its shares and rights may be traded separately starting Aug. 17. Shares and rights that are separated will trade on the nasdaq under the symbols BOWN and BOWNR. Units not separated will continue to trade under the symbol BOWNU.

The new SPAC raised $69 million in an IPO last month. Bowen in its initial SEC registration said that it is broadly focused on targets in asia, but will not do a deal with any company with china operations consolidated through a VIE structure. Read more.
