Atmosic Launches Bluetooth 5.3 SoC with Energy Harvesting Technology

Energy harvesting wireless platforms expert Atmosic announced $72 million in new funding led by Sutter Hill Ventures. The company also unveiled its new ATM33 Series Bluetooth 5.3 family of system-on-chips (SoCs). They leverage energy harvesting technology to offer high energy efficiency and remove the cost and waste of regularly replacing batteries in connected products.

Atmosic wants to enhance its ultra-low power and energy harvesting technology roadmap, expand its global footprint, and deliver IoT innovations.
