Arden Key Signs with Tennessee Titans

Despite reports that the Tennessee Titans are shopping players and heading toward a full rebuild, they have made a free agency signing. Tennessee has grabbed defensive lineman Arden Key for three years on a salary of up to $24 million.

The NFL Network’s Mike Garafolo reported the news via Twitter on Tuesday.

Key began his career in Oakland, before the Raiders moved to Las Vegas. After three seasons as a Raider, he spent 2021 with the 49ers, then 2022 with the Jacksonville Jaguars. In both of the last two seasons, he was on one-year deals.

In 17 games played last season, Key started just three of them in Jacksonville. He defended two passes, recovered a fumble and racked up 4.5 sacks, which is two shy of his career high. He also had 27 combined tackles on the year.
