Arc System Works is the developer behind Another Code: Recollection

Arc System Works developed Another Code: Recollection, the company has confirmed. That information was posted on social media.

Many fans have been wondering who exactly is responsible for Another Code: Recollection. After all, Cing – the studio behind both titles – shuttered many years ago. Now we have the answer. This was first hinted at with the demo that was recently made available, but now official confirmation has been provided.

Nintendo sometimes seems to keep information close to its chest when it comes to sharing the developers behind some of its titles. Before Arc System Works was revealed as the studio behind Another Code: Recollection, it was previously the Super Mario RPG Switch remake that had questions surrounding it. We later found out that ArtePiazza was responsible – that studio is largely known for its work on the Dragon Quest series.

Another Code: Recollection arrives everywhere on January 19, 2024.
