Apply to the Out Astronaut Contest by June 30!

The Out Astronaut Project is looking to address the under-representation of the LGBTQ+ community in STEM, particularly in space! If you’re 18-39 year old member of the LGBTQ+ community and are a resident of the US, Canada, Mexico, Caribbean or Central America that also has the ability to pass a FAA Class III Flight Physical you are eligible to apply to the Out Astronaut Contest. Apply by June 30 to potentially become one of twelve phase one finalists.

Register to win the opportunity to train as a scientist-astronaut candidate with the International Institute of Astronautical Sciences while advocating for science education within the LGBTQ community.
