Africa Blockchain Institute Partners With Web3 Tech

Rwanda, August 16, 2023 / AlexaBlockchain/ – Africa Blockchain Institute has announced a new partnership with Web3 Tech. In May, blockchain developer Web3 Tech, supported by Moscow Export Center, exhibited its solutions at Gitex Africa. As a result of its active work, Web3 Tech has already signed a second memorandum of understanding, now with Africa Blockchain Institute — one of the Africa leading blockchain competency centers.

The companies plan to research experience of blockchain integration in Russian enterprise and government sectors and how this experience may be applicable to Africa, organize joint educational events and elaborate on blockchain projects in various domains.

Another essential component of the partnership will be joint research and development projects. Engagement with the local population is critical for the successful implementation of developing technology. Africa Blockchain Institute will contribute to local insights in the Africa continent through events, conferences, and hackathons aimed at increasing blockchain awareness, while Web3 Tech will provide expertise and resources, all with the goal of developing blockchain-based solutions that address specific needs.

The partnership will include an incubation programme to promote emerging African blockchain startups, as well as collaboration between African blockchain projects and those in Russia, allowing for knowledge exchange and technology transfer. This knowledge exchange could help Africa Blockchain Institute improve its blockchain teaching and research programmes by adding real-world use cases and practical insights from Web3 Tech’s projects.
