The Chicago Auto Show is Back
Marking its 115th year, the largest auto show in North America opens this weekend. With manufacturers from all over the world, there will again be hundreds of production and debut vehicles on display—from convertibles and crossovers to ultra-high-performance sports cars. You can also expect more than a dozen experimental concept cars to ooh and aah over!

Family Day at the Museum of Contemporary Art
Designed and led by Chicago artists, Family Day is a monthly program at the MCA for all families and youth. Enjoy FREE museum admission along with special workshops, open studio sessions, gallery tours and performances. This month, Family Day invites attendees to engage in programs and activities focused on performance, movement, poetry and storytelling.

A Celebration of Folk Music at UChicago
Experience the University of Chicago Folk Festival, one of the most anticipated events in the local folk music community. This year’s terrific concert line-up includes musicians from Bulgaria, Mexico and the USA. In addition to these Friday and Saturday concerts, there are fun, eclectic and free Saturday afternoon workshops at Ida Noyes Hall on the University of Chicago campus.

A Magical Evening of Illusion

Skating in the Park
If you haven’t already hit the ice rink in Millennium Park, you have just a few weekends left before they close for the season! What could be more magical than skating with your friends, family and loved ones—surrounded by some of Chicago’s most notable architectural landmarks! It’s free, but online tickets are required. Skate rentals are available starting at $16.
