Full House star and co-founder of luxury fashion label The Row Ashley Olsen has put her chic New York City loft up for sale for $11.1m (US7.25m).

The historic and roomy two-bedroom, 2.5-bath apartment sprawls over nearly 280 sqm.

Situated in Manhattan’s Greenwich Village, the eye-catching condo takes up an entire floor of the 1800s-built beaux-arts building.

Olsen purchased the posh property in 2016 for US$6.75m.

The apartment is accessible via a private elevator entrance, which leads directly into the foyer and living room. Standout details in the living space include a wood-burning fireplace, an office nook, and a wet bar. There are also multiple oak-framed, double-paned windows.

Meanwhile, the gourmet kitchen has a large centre island, white-oak cabinetry, and honed marble countertops. Elevated appliances — including a Wolf range, Sub-Zero double refrigerator, and a Miele built-in coffee machine — take centre stage.

There is also an adjacent dining room, sectioned off from the kitchen by glass-paned, cast-iron doors.

A mega-sized primary suite includes a custom-milled dressing area, walk-in wardrobe, and nine-foot windows.
