Paribus: Measure Twice, Cut Once.

Measure Twice, Cut Once It was with a heavy heart that we decided this week to reschedule our MVP launch to early March. It wasn’t a decision we took lightly, knowing full well that it would cause ripples of disappointment throughout our community. As many people know we’ve been working closely with auditors at Hacken to ensure that the MVP is as secure as possible. Our decision to reschedule the launch is to allow the team at Hacken to work directly with our developers next week. Chris, our security advisor

Paribus: No More Crypto

Super Bowl Sunday This weekend will see the 57th annual Super-Bowl in the US exactly a year since the infamous Crypto-Bowl. Last year many said it was a blow-off top indicator and time has shown how right they were. For those that have hung on through the highs and lows of the past 12 months, the Crypto-Bowl seems like a distant memory. Despite all of the turmoils, upsets, and disasters crypto is still here and has weathered the storm well. Although most people’s portfolios are a fraction of what they

Paribus. The Hidden Utility.

Despite all the diligence, and dedication of project founders and development teams working day and night in crypto bad actors continuously steal the limelight. It only takes one flaw to lose hundreds of millions of dollars and with such high stakes, no one can afford to be reckless with security. It’s the hidden utility within all of the protocols and websites we interact with on a daily basis. The first thing to note about our updated roadmap is that there are no dates. In our journey, we’ve found that giving public dates can often be counter-productive. Although we use dates as internal targets, these are often flexible and adapt

The Final Stages

When we set out on our journey to develop a new type of borrowing and lending platform we had no idea how many twists and turns lay ahead of us. To be sure, we understood the landscape of the crypto space and the technical and business issues involved in developing a project. But who would have predicted the incredible events we’ve seen in 2022? Even during the final month of the most eventful year in crypto, more surprises are revealed on a weekly basis. The latest twist is the allegation

Paribus Network Update

For the past few weeks our MVP has been live on the public testnet and just two weeks ago we launched our bug bounty program. Already we’ve had some amazing feedback which has helped us tweak the platform ahead of its mainnet launch. While everyone usually hates bear markets because of the devastation they inflict on portfolios, as a project the additional time and space they give has proved invaluable. Not only have we been able to continue our development in a robust, methodical way, we’ve also had the time
