ZF și Mobileye vor furniza Toyota cu tehnologie ADAS

ZF și Mobileye, o companie Intel, au fost alese de Toyota să dezvolte și să furnizeze sisteme avansate de asistență pentru șofer (ADAS) pentru a fi utilizate pe mai multe platforme de vehicule începând cu următorii câțiva ani.

Ca parte a acordului, ZF, un producător de camere auto conduse de tehnologia Mobileye, va furniza, de asemenea, radarul său de rază medie Gen21 și va fi responsabil pentru integrarea camerei și a radarului în vehiculele Toyota.

“Mobileye is delighted to be working with ZF to develop leading driver assistance and safety technology for Toyota, the world’s largest automaker,” said Professor Amnon Shashua, senior vice president of Intel and president and CEO of Mobileye.

Relația cu Toyota reprezintă prima dată când ZF și Mobileye au fost nominalizate cu sistemele lor ADAS pentru Toyota.

Our innovative technologies will deliver outstanding performance and robustness for fusion based systems and ADAS functions,” said Christophe Marnat, executive vice president, Electronics and ADAS division at ZF.

ZF and Mobileye will collaborate to produce advanced camera technology integrated with ZF radar technology to power key advanced driver assistance platforms in Toyota vehicles. Mobileye’s EyeQ4described as an advanced application-specific vision computing system-on-a-chip (SoC), will be combined with ZF’s Gen21 mid-range radar technology to ‘precisely interpret the environment around Toyota vehicles’.
