KORE își propune să construiască „IoT hyperscaler” în urma achiziției de unități Twilio IoT finanțate cu 10 milioane de acțiuni

Atlanta, United States – KORE Group Holdings, Inc., a global provider of Internet of Things (IoT) solutions and worldwide IoT connectivity-as-a-service (IoT CaaS), has agreed to acquire Al lui Twilio IoT business unit as part of its mission to build an initial ‘IoT hyperscaler.’

Ca o contrapartidă pentru achiziție, Twilio, platforma de implicare a clienților care oferă experiențe personalizate în timp real pentru mărcile de top din ziua de azi, va primi 10 milioane de acțiuni ordinare KORE, care vor reprezenta aproximativ 11.5% din acțiunile emise și în circulație ale KORE.

Această achiziție va aduce pe piață:

• A connectivity suite, including eSIM technologies with KORE OmniSIM and Twilio Super SIM
• A one-stop shop for building, deploying, managing, and scaling IoT operations throughout the entire lifecycle via technologies and facilities
