Dan has over 20 years’ experience delivering and supporting technology across a diverse variety of verticals including telecoms, gaming, platform service provider, and financial services. Dan has worked in organisations sized from PE and VC backed startups, SMEs, to FTSE 100 companies.

For the last four years prior to joining Perenna, Dan worked as CTO for OPLO (formally 1st Stop Finance Group). Dan led a team that built a smart origination platform that reduced decision times from 60 seconds to under 5 seconds.

Prior to that, Dan was Chief Architect and Technical Director at Betfred and the Tote – household names in the UK gaming/gambling space. Dans team supported an £8bn per annum revenue business with high volume real-time scalable systems.


Terry Franklin, VP Product Management, QUALCO

Terry Franklin has been in the credit risk and collections industry for 27 years and has deep industry expertise spanning many continents and sectors.

Over 15 years spent consulting with major banking and financial institutions around the globe on their collection and recoveries functions in order to define and implement transformational programmes.

Terry’s successes include several system implementations for different client organisations to deliver significant financial benefit, improved process management, reduced exposure to conduct risk and greater levels of efficiency.

Based in the UK, Terry is responsible for all global business development activities providing strong commercial,sales and consultative leadership to QUALCO’s regional sales ambassadors and ensuring the delivery of near-term client needs as well as the longer-term business and technology strategy of the company.


Thodoris Psilopoulos, Product Management, QUALCO

Thodoris is leading the Product Management function of QUALCO Technology, having the responsibility of guiding the future of our product portfolio.

Working with cross-functional teams, he articulates the vision, sets the strategic directions, builds the roadmap and defines the features of QUALCO’s products that deliver value to its customers.

He has over 20 years of experience in the design and delivery of enterprise solutions, specialised in the financial services industry.

Thodoris holds a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Patras and an M.Sc. in Engineering Business Management from the University of Warwick.


Lazaros Pantzos, Portfolio Stategy Executive Director, QQuant Master Servicer

Lazaros has been active in the financial sector since 2007. He has worked in two banking groups (Eurobank & Piraeus) as Head Business Process Management & IT and Head Analytics, Portfolio Management & Systems respectively.

He was part of the core team that set up the first Servicer in Greece, Cepal Hellas, as Chief Portfolio Strategy Officer where he managed more than €60bn debt & 2.5mn debtors. Also, he served as ExCo member of Eurobank FPS & Cepal Hellas, as non-executive member of the Board of NPL Supervision for Piraeus and EGDIX project team member for new Bankruptcy.

Lazaros has significant experience in strategy, data analysis & modelling, process & system design, and managing collection & modification teams.


Sofia Kosti, Senior Consultant – Partner, Analytix Consulting

An MBA holder, with a specialisation in business process reengineering, she has started her career in 1990 as a business analyst and project team member of Egnatia Bank-Greece. She then took over the business analysis department in Xiosbank and finally, co-founded Analytix Consulting in 1997.

Since then she has participated successfully in projects in the international arena, as well as lead teams in a variety of banking project tasks and areas. For the past 30 years, she has been tackling areas such as lending and risk, finance and core banking replacement.


Paul Hindle, Editor at FinTech Future

Paul has over 7 years’ experience in editorial, production and management roles for print and online publishing companies.

He was previously News Editor for a global technology news start-up and has overseen the production and publication of over 500 books for two market-leading academic and technology publishing houses.
