Spike Aerospace and Tech Mahindra Sign Collaboration MOU for Supersonic Flight

Boston, MA, Tues, February 16, 2021 — Spike Aerospace and Tech Mahindra announced they will be collaborating on the development of the Spike S-512 Supersonic Jet through an MOU signed today. The partnership will add Tech Mahindra’s strengths in engineering, optimization and composites to the development of the first low-boom supersonic jet to the market.

Tech Mahindra joins a growing collaboration of leading aerospace firms around the globe all working towards the introduction of the Spike S-512 Supersonic Jet, an 18 passenger, Mach 1.6 low-sonic boom aircraft that will cut flight times by almost 50%.

Tech Mahindra’s Aerospace & Defense Group provides design & analysis, verification, testing & certification support to numerous commercial, business and defense aviation programs.
