The voice of Shrek is looking to sell his notably non-swampy home.

Canadian-born actor Mike Myers has put his two-terraced, five-bedroom condo in the Manhattan suburb of Chelsea up for sale for nearly $30m (US$20m).

The penthouse unit in the new-development building above the popular High Line offers over 530 sqm of living space on a single story, the Wall Street Journal reported.

“The penthouse is exceptional … it is in mint, move-in condition in a prized, full-service building with amenities, it has views and windows and light in all four directions, it has two gorgeous terraces and all of this is on one floor,” Compass broker Leonard Steinberg, who holds the listing, told The Post.

The abode — which is more of a house within a building than an apartment — is accessed via two key-locked elevators, one opening directly into the entry foyer and the other opening on the other side of the condo, into the service entry.

There are floor-to-ceiling windows, light wood floors and white walls throughout for a modern effect.

The primary bedroom suite — with two custom walk-in wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with heated marble flooring, twin vanities and a sauna — is, however, pretty groovy, baby.

The suite has direct access to the nearly 20m-long main terrace, which also has entries from the library and a large hallway.

The other terrace, on the unit’s east side, is 4.5m long and faces the Midtown skyline and the Empire State Building.

The building features a “state-of-the-art” fitness centre, a 24-hour concierge, a live-in resident manager, refrigerated delivery storage and bike storage, among other offerings.
